So, get ready to jump in and have an awesome time learning!

Youth Participation in Safeguarding

We really value the ideas and input from children and young people like you – it’s a big deal in making SOS Children’s Villages even better at keeping everyone safe. Here on this page, you’ll find out how you can get involved and help us make our safety stuff even more understandable and useful for children and young people.

By getting more children and young people like you involved, we can make our programs even stronger and better at meeting your needs. Your voice matters!

Your Rights

Let’s kick things off by talking about your rights! Every child around the world has some special rights, and these are all spelled out in something called the “United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.”

Preventing Abuse

At SOS Children’s Village, it is our duty to make sure that every child and young person in our programs is protected and feels safe.

Reporting Abuse

Unfortunately, even with all prevention efforts, abuse can still happen.

It is your right to be safe.

If you have experienced any type of abuse or neglect, please report it.
